Christmas Day Lunch is being served in the Chateau Main Dining Room, Garden Lounge, and the first floor Park View Suite, between 12 noon & 2p.m.
Bookings are being taken with a £25 per person deposit (non refundable).  When booking, please state your intended arrival time. Return your menu choice and if possible your wine orders to us as soon as possible.

NEW YEARS EVE DINNER/DISCO
As in previous years the Chateau will be decorated with hundreds of
balloons and will have party hats and novelties on all the tables.
With a festive party atmosphere, dancing til 2 a.m. and a sumptuous
three course menu it is the ideal venue to welcome in the New Year. 
Bookings are being taken with a £30 deposit (non refundable).
We would appreciate receiving your food and wine order as soon as possible.

CHRISTMAS PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
To book your Christmas Party at the Chateau;
Please Telephone the Restaurant to check availability and make your booking;
Anytime between 10am and 3pm or after 6pm in the evening.
Please pay the required Deposit as soon as possible as we are unable to hold bookings without this.

Please send your completed Menu choices no later than 3 weeks before your Party Booking.

All initial deposits are un-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Full Final Payment must be received no later than 4 days before the Party Booking, regretfully if there are any cancellations or reduced party numbers after this date, we are unable to refund any payments.

Please could Organisers retain a copy of their Guests chosen Menus.

Only Guests who are booked for the Dinner Disco can attend; we are unable to allow additional guests to attend later in the evening.

The Management cannot allow any Guests to bring in their own drinks. We reserve the Right to Refuse Entry, or ask Guests to leave if they should do so (Without Refund). We do please ask Organisers to advise all of their Guests of this.

Should any Guests have any Special Needs, please could you kindly discuss these with the Management prior to the booking, so that we can help and advise accordingly.
